IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer\n\nDGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the professional services industry who require an IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join the team in London.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* 3rd line support for all core technologies.\n* Updates, upgrades & transition to cloud were possible\n* 24x 7 monitoring of the 3rd level support ITSM system, provide workarounds or resolution to any problems.\n* Liaison with 3rd party suppliers on system issues.\n* Ensuring that all members of 3rd level teams have the knowledge, procedures and access to \nmanage and diagnose messaging issues.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n* Be able to demonstrate success in managing 24x7 high availability IT environments.\n* Experienced in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, procedures, and roles.\n* Microsoft Accreditations, Windows server 2019\2022, Azure, 356 or equivalent.\n* A good understanding of the Microsoft Technologies (Microsoft Exchange, AD, Polices, SCCM, SCOM, Intune (Endpoint Manager) Windows Server, SQL).\n* A good understanding of VMware and underlying storage architectures.\n* Have a proactive mind-set and experience in Infrastructure automation.\n\nIT Infrastructure Operations Engineer\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
