We have an opening for you to grow with us as IT Operations Analyst in Naperville, IL or Battle Creek, MI.  We need an information technology professional who can work with our technology partners, applications, and IT technical team to continuously improve the overall environment. The IT Operations Analyst will be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, enhancing applications, and other continuous improvement activities to ensure that our processes are efficient and optimized. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • A strong consumer focus - Providing support to the end-user community for our High Radius solutions implemented with the focus of SAP Finance and Trade with deductions.
  • Drive results - Providing support to internal teams for our BPC systems, including audit and user management
  • Insight-driven - Researching, analyzing and determining the appropriate course of action for fixing problems,
  • Collaboration is key - Coordinating problem resolution across teams, including business contacts when necessary.
  • Let’s make things happen - Managing or executing the implementation of High Radius improvements through all phases (including Functional and Technical Design, Development/Configuration, Testing, Training, Support)

 

Your Recipe for Success

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience designing and implementing solutions on SAP functional domain with Finance and Controlling (FI-CO), deductions management and cash applications
  • Should have sound configuration knowledge of master data, GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting, Bank accounting including automatic payment programs, Lockbox and AR Tracker.
  • Experience using B2B Integrations Applications, File Transfer Software and SNOW.
  • Knowledge of Deductions Management business process.
  • Experience with Period Close Process and Reporting
  • Data analysis in excel with Vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros (bonus)
