IT Operations Engineer
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding computer systems, software, hardware, and network issues and document all cases. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems either remotely or in person. • Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. • Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems, software, and hardware. • Assist with user account management, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts. • Conduct system and software upgrades and patches. • Assist in educating end-users on proper system usage and best practices for IT security. • Ensure network accessibility and availability for all users. • Execute and maintain planned network diagrams. • Support the infrastructure team on configuring, implementing, and maintaining of various technologies “Active Directory, Office 365, System Management, O365 tools, and Backup System. • Manage the Hardware inventory. • Support implementing automation services. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, related technical discipline or equivalent experience in the IT field. • Years of experience: 2+ • Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge: - MCSE is a must. - CCNA is a must. - CompTIA A+ 100. • Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: - Experience in Manage-Engine. - Experience in Operating systems and Linux. - Knowledge in Data center management. - Knowledge in Asset management. - Knowledge in Active directory and print server. - Knowledge in SharePoint is preferred.
