Key Responsibilities



* Oversee Technical Operations: Lead and manage our Service Desk, Projects, and Field Engineer teams to ensure seamless IT support and service delivery.

* Client and 3rd Party Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Customer Satisfaction: Prioritise and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and consistent, high-quality service.

* IT Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies that align with our educational goals and business objectives.

* Profitability and Procedure: Drive profitability by optimising processes, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to best practices and company procedures.
