Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in developing detailed project documentation including timelines, RAID logs, RACI matrix, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Track project progress and potential issues or risks.
• Communication and Reporting:
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep them informed of project status and progress.
  • Assist with creating project status reports and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings, capture and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Training and Development:
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen project management skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of project management standards and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Google Workspace.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required:

• Onsite work in our Duluth office Monday through Thursday.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to travel as needed (may vary depending on the specific project).
