Title: IT Project Manager Network Infrastructure (Hybrid)Location: Milwaukee, WIDuration: 12 MonthsHours: 8 AM to 4 PM CST Monday - Friday or as applicable to the project teamsMaybe required onsite 1 day per month, or as needed basis; Most of the work will be done remotely, so a very rare visit to the Milwaukee office would be required

Description:

The project manager will work with client network telecommunication infrastructure leadership, project managers, and PMO/PCO. The Project manager will lead project schedules, coordinate resources, manage issues, budget/invoice handling, hold stakeholder coordination meetings and minutes and comply with PMO/PCO governance. This position will also work collaboratively with vendor companies, support agreement negotiations, and other telecommunications-related agreements. Licensing agreements and overseeing funding support for special telecommunications-related projects that support client business needs.

Job Duties

• Roles report to the Project Control/Management Office. (PCO/PMO)
• Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 1-10 projects
• Regular interval progress reporting Progress reporting
• Maintaining Project Financial budgets (accruals, forecasts, actuals)
• Negotiating schedules and resolving late delivery issues
• Creation of time cards (PWA)
• Job Site Safety Enforcement
• Coordinates project meetings reviews status/escalates issues for corrective action.
• Identification of Issues and Risks on projects escalate as appropriate
• Submission of PO Reqs and confirmation of delivery for invoicing purposes.
• Escalation of issues to PCO
• Change request
• Responsible for Internal Coordination of
• Change management (IT CAB) when needed
• Verification of Alignment
• Network infrastructure installation schedules and resources
• Site turn-up of equipment and Acceptance testing.
• Coordination/Monitoring with 3rd Party Vendors (Reporting to PCO status)
• Identification of Permitting needs using internal and external resources

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years in the following:
• Microsoft Project/PWA
• Budget, forecast, and accruals
• 3rd vendor management
• Contract bidding and negotiations
• Experience managing project financials actuals, invoice reconciliation, identifying variances
• Project Management Principles
• Network Infrastructure

Qualifications The ideal candidate must exhibit the following:

• 10 years in the following:
• Microsoft Project
• Budget, forecast, and accruals
• 3rd party vendor management
• Contract bidding and negotiations
• Project Management Principles
• Construction Purchasing
• Construction standards and designs
• Project is about Telecom Construction, but Telecom construction experience is not required in this candidate
• Would be working on the Infrastructure network side of things; should have a Network background like switches, routers, firewalls, etc.
• Experience in Finances of Projects accruals, forecast, actuals and reporting on financials
• Should be able to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Experience with MS Projects creating schedules
• PMP is
• Bachelor's degree is , and relevant experience will work
• Create SOW, work with Vendors, doing reviews of existing contracts and documentation
• 10+ years as Project Manager is required or overall 10+ years' experience

Interview Process- Video Interviews mostly 2 rounds including a Panel interview
