The Janitorial Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality of janitorial services across multiple sites. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with staff and clients to maintain and improve service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and checklists for janitorial operations.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff to uphold quality standards and efficient workflows.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns, receive feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality inspections and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize processes and introduce innovations.
• Monitor supply inventories and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate resources are available.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a janitorial or facility management role, with at least 1 year in a quality assurance or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from quality inspection reports.
• Proficient in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience managing janitorial services in sectors such as education, healthcare, or large commercial facilities.
• Certifications in cleaning and sanitation standards (e.g., CIMS, OSHA).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
