Our client, a Japanese Food trading company is searching for a Japanese Bilingual Purchasing Assistant Manager to join their team.

Title: Japanese Bilingual Assistant Manager
Industry: Trading/Food
Type: Full Time Direct Hire Non-Exempt
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Salary: 60-70k

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of purchasing experience in the food industry
• Business level English required
• Business level Japanese skills prefer
• Bachelors degree required

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage nationwide supplies and procurement of food products
• Analyzes and forecasts product sales volume and market demands
• Calculates product costs and prices to determine profit margin
• Develops and executes purchasing strategies to support the team
• Follow and comply with FDA and USDA safety standards
• Attend trade shows and company events
