1. Responsibilities : - Design and develop scalable and efficient software architectures using Openshift, React JS, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Advanced Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards are maintained. - Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of projects. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes and improve productivity. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process where applicable. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards, implementing necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
