Java Software Engineering (Spring/Springboot, Junit)

ACG_2487_JOB Our client is a company specialized in technology, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and the development team to review product specifications, assess changes, and incorporate new features. Contribute to project development as a Senior/Principal Software Engineer, covering all phases from Outline Design to Detail Design, Development, Code Review, Unit Testing, and Release. Alternatively, participate in training to advance to the role of Principal Software Engineer. Responsible for database design, feature development, and providing technical support to team members. Perform other tasks as assigned by the PM. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development for Web Applications. Proficiency with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks. Hands-on experience with JUnit. Familiarity with or knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is an advantage. Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases. Strong research skills for resolving technical challenges. Preferred: Experience reviewing code. Good English reading and comprehension skills. Ability to understand and analyze business requirements from customers. Strong problem-detection and problem-solving skills. Skilled in creating clear technical documents and sharing knowledge effectively with team members. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with Japanese corporate workflows and culture is a plus.
