Replay Surfacing is seeking a Job Site Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Must have great communication skills and a strong understanding of the Spanish .
This is an entry level position, so we are willing to train someone with strong organizational skills and the right attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of PIP Rubber projects from implementation to completion
- Allocate assigned resources for projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with contractors and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in rubber pour in place or concrete installation an asset.
- Fluent in English and Spanish spoken
- Strong desire to work as a team and as a leader in the field
- Detail oriented
- Able to communicate clearly and provide quality customer service
- Willing to travel up to 80% of the time
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to drive 1/2 ton with trailer and 5 ton truck
- Able to operate heavy machinery such as a skid steer as needed or willing to learn
Must live within drivable area of Charlotte or be willing to relocate
