This position's primary responsibility is to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for HVAC new construction projects.

Job Requirements:

- Residential design & estimating

- Capable of producing Energy Calculations using Energy Gauge and Load Calculations using Wrightsoft

- Auto CAD experience helpful

- Familiar with Excel software

- Attention to detail

- Team player

- Great organizational skills

- Dependable and punctual

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
