JR ESTIMATOR/PM

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Junior Estimator/PM you will be pivotal in the construction process, responsible for accurately assessing project costs and ensuring effective budget management while assisting to see the project through to completion. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Determine overall cost estimates for commercial and light industrial construction projects, inclusive of materials, equipment, and labor requirements. Develop bid proposals for commercial and light industrial construction projects. Communicate within company and with customers to drive understanding, readiness, and optimization. Understands, implements, and upholds both coding and safety requirements. Delivers projects plans, cost analysis, and submittals.

Requirements: At least 2 to 5 years of experience estimating in commercial or light industrial general contracting. Ability to read drawings. Strong math skills. Travel: Travel to and from job-sites may be required. Applicable travel expenses will be compensated. 

Work Environment be able to physically navigate construction sites, must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
