JR. Reliability Test Engineer
JR. RELIABILITY TEST ENGINEER
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience working in a reliability and/or manufacturing test environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Basic computer and networking hardware setup and troubleshooting knowledge.
· Hands-on experience using simple power tools to assemble and dis-assemble hardware.
· Documentation skills: Copying data and creating Microsoft EXCEL, WORD and PowerPoint docs.
· Basic knowledge of electronic PCBs, discrete components, plastic and sheet metal enclosures etc.
· Housekeeping/Organizing: Inventory management of test units, tools and consumables.
· Execute comprehensive reliability test plans and validation procedures.
· Analyze test data, identify potential issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement appropriate solutions.
· Collaborate closely with reliability and lab engineers to gather information, share findings, and propose solutions.
· Experience with environmental test equipment such as thermal, shock and vibration.
· Experience with TH, HALT, HASS, and HAST testing.
· Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and observations in accordance with established Microsoft protocols.
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during testing and handling of devices under test.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Onsite in a lab environment Monday – Friday during business hours.
· Must be able to lift and move and set up test equipment and test samples.
