Junior Architect / Project Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to shift focus on multiple projects, yet maintain a balanced workflow and meet deadlines
- Ability to self-manage to meet current project commitments
- Ability to listen effectively and possess a willingness to learn
- Communicate daily with the project lead manager
- Support the team in the creation of residential building designs by producing accurate construction drawings, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Experience with producing construction documents for residential construction
- Familiarity with current residential building codes
- Desire to collaborate with interior and lighting designers, a/v contractors, developers, general contractors, clients, and vendors
- This is an in-person, in-office position
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- degree or certification in architecture or equivalent past work experience
- A license in Architecture is a plus but not required
SKILLS:
- Proficient at Revit
- Proficient at Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- experience with client interaction

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
