Junior Engineer - Construction Management Consultancy - Charleville - CorkOffice/Project Location: Charleville, Cork Employment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office & Site BasedPay: €35K-€45, Negotiable depending on experienceExperience: 1+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a professional services company specialising in Project Management, Commercial Management, Property Assessment, Asset Management and Consulting across the Construction, Infrastructure and Property Sectors.They are seeking a Junior Engineer who will be based in the North Cork office with some travel required.The Junior Engineer will work on projects in the residential/retail/office and mixed-use developments sectors.RequirementsThird Level Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management,1-3 years' experience desirable with a Knowledge of Planning, Housing, Building regulations and Fire service act desirable.Providing administrative and technical support the Project Team,Maintaining records and report writing and good knowledge of Excel and Word a requirement.Knowledge of Auto Cad desirable,Motivated individual with excellent communication skillsA positive, "can do" approach, determined to succeed,Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and remain focused when facing deadlines.Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skillsPC Skills - extensive use of Microsoft Excel and WordPackage€35K-40K depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate with annual salary reviews.Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm, finishing early on Fridays at 4pm.21 days annual leave.
