Junior Project Development Manager - Solar/BESS - Leeds - up to £45k DOE
Piper Maddox are exclusively representing a multi-national develop, build, own, and operator of energy projects to find a new Junior Project Development Manager to join their team.
You'd be stepping into a highly skilled team of people with a fantastically close-knit culture looking to expand as a result of more projects coming in, and opportunities for someone like yourself to be upskilled by a lovely bunch!
They are extremely well funded which will allow for quicker turnarounds on projects - just in June they exchanged on 8 sites equating to 1.3GW!
What would your role look like and not be limited to?:
* Assist with LoA, Exclusivity Agreements, HoTs, and working up the option to lease/purchase.
* Communicate with landowners, funders, investors, planning officers and surveying consultants.
* Assist in grid application documentation with in-house technical teams.
* Liaise with stakeholders to work out appropriate hard and soft dig cable route.
* Provide weekly updates on projects.
* Site solving and assessing date from sites.
* Carry out documentation/reports review ahead of submitting to planning.
If you are working in the renewables field and this could be for a consultancy on a graduate programme, in the early stages of a land/planning/grid connections background seeking a wider dev role, etc. then you'd suit this perfectly.
