Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Polytechnic School, based in Thiva)

Job Description Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer in the Oil and Gas Industry. For their growing operations in Viotia, they are searching for an 'Electrical Maintenance Engineer' to contribute to the overall maintenance of their production process. Your responsibilities: Follow Health & Safety regulations in accordance with the company’s policies and standards. Provide guidance to the Electrical Maintenance Foreman in the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical and control systems including daily process problem-solving and measurement activities that enable continuous plant operations within Safety procedures and rules. Ensure the operational viability of the plant by evaluating and maintaining the proper functioning of all power distribution, electrical, and control systems. Manage the allocation of all electrical maintenance resources in an effort to provide the most efficient and cost effective operation. Utilize the predictive and proactive maintenance systems by the company’s policies and standards. Implement and keep all quality standards and policies as set by the company and machinery directives. Manage and develop the Electrical Maintenance personnel. Provide technical assistance to the Electrical Maintenance Foreman and electricians for the installation of electrical equipment and troubleshooting of electrical and automation problems to maintain plant operations. Support and consult plant management in the field of electrical engineering for optimization of plant operation, responsibility for keeping records, updated technical documentation, and drawings created by CAD systems. Responsible for the MV power distribution control operation according to the maintenance plans. Supervise and monitor new projects and investments for the department. Monitor the maintenance cost. Your profile: Strong academic background in Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic School. 1 year of experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Experience, even academic, in S7/Tia Portal automation and EPLAN, are strong assets. Advanced English skills.
