What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting in preparing accurate cost estimates for civil projects Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Supporting the estimating team in bid preparation and submission Learning and developing your skills in estimating software and processes What We’re Looking For:   Civil construction experience—either site-based or office-based Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and organisational skills Exposure to estimating, procurement, or project coordination is a plus but not essential A keen interest in transitioning from site to office (if applicable) Why This Role?
