Junior Installation Engineer – CCTV, Access Control & Security Systems

Location: Hemel Hempstead + South East | Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + £5,200 Car Allowance + Paid Door-to-Door Travel



Are you an Installation Engineer or Security Engineer with 1–2 years' experience looking for your next opportunity? We’re hiring a Junior Installation Engineer to join a leading global technology company, delivering high-quality electronic security system installations across the South East.

Role Overview:

Install and support CCTV, access control, and automated systems at client sites

Work across a range of live environments across the South East

Assist with project delivery, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction

Represent the business professionally at all timesRequirements:

1–2 years’ hands-on installation experience in electronic security systems (essential)

Competence with CCTV, access control, or gate automation systems

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

Live within a 1-hour commute of Hemel Hempstead

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and growBenefits:

Competitive salary: £25,000 – £35,000, based on experience

£5,200 car allowance annually

Paid door-to-door mileage (35p/mile)
