The environment is dynamic, we always look for innovation, add new value to our products and increase the gap with our competitors.We are searching for an innovative mechanical engineer, even without experience, willing to learn and collaborate with other teams to face and solve critical issues in PCB industry.Role and responsibilityThe resource will be included in the R&D mechanical team and will work on:design of new mechanical assemblies for the different subsystems of the tool;write all the documentation related to the new designed parts/assemblies including the procedures to mount these on the tool for the manufacturing team;support the manufacturing team in case it is needed;analyze the assemblies to reduce the costs of the existing tools.ReportingThe resource will be included in the R&D mechanical team and work under the direction of the technical leader. For non-technical reasons, the resource will report directly to the R&D Manager.Required skillsThe ideal candidate:has a Mechanical Engineer Master degree;has good knowledge on CAD SW tools for mechanical design;has good knowledge on fluid dynamics and heat transport in different materials;has good knowledge of English language (B2, at least);is curious and wants to learn;has innovative ideas and no fear to try, even failing;is patient, R&D work requires different iterations to find the best solution sometime;offers different viewpoints to the technical leader;likes the teamwork, collaborating with the other people in R&D;wants to work in an international environment confronting very demanding customers.Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
