Role Overview:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist senior project managers in coordinating projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will be a key player in the team, helping with project documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
• Track project progress and update timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Maintain clear communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Help manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.
• Coordinate meetings, set agendas, and take minutes.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and scope changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Some experience in project management or relevant internships (1–2 years).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
