Your Role:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant at NES Fircroft, you’ll play a key role in our recruitment process. Your tasks will include:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using various platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering suitable candidates.
• Job Matching: Align candidate qualifications with client requirements, ensuring the right fit for both parties.
• Negotiation: Handle negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win for everyone involved.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring you have the knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Dutch Speaker - Fluent in Dutch, with strong communication skills.
• Commercially Oriented - You have a sharp business acumen and are driven by results.
