Junior Support Engineering Internship

As an intern, you'll play a crucial role in our industrial automation support environment, specifically focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction across the Europe/Middle East/Africa region. Your main task will involve addressing customer-reported issues with their installed base. Working closely with local engineers on-site, you'll meticulously dissect these issues, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the installed software/hardware and isolating the root cause of reported problems. Once identified, you'll craft detailed instruction checklists to empower on-site engineers in swiftly resolving these issues. Here's how your internship could look like! Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Analyzing customer complaints and breaking them down into manageable components. Collaborating with on-site engineers to understand and address issues at the installation site. Developing instruction checklists for on-site engineers to resolve issues efficiently. Test Lab Support: Setting up test environments in our Baarn NL lab to replicate customer-reported problems. Running simulations to recreate issues observed at customer sites. Documenting test protocols and handing them over to the development group for software fixes. Who We're Looking For? Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder. Language requirement: English Education: Technical Informatica , Information and Communication Technology (SW engineering), data analytics or statistics, or any AI related training to interpret big data sets.
