In this role, you’ll maintain and support our IT infrastructure while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Document systems, processes, and procedures for consistent operational excellence.
• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash.
