Junior Systems Safety/Reliability Engineer for International Defense market

ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance to industry standards ARP4754 and ARP4761.Analyze system / safety requirements (FHA) and determine criticality of the system functions and items.Decompose the safety requirements using analytical methods (FTA, FMEA) and define safety measures and assumptions.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders / customers to ensure the safety measures and assumptions are correctly allocated and understood.Verify the safety measures are correctly implemented (System / SW / HW reviews, CMA). Key skills and qualificationsUniversity degree in engineering field Knowledge of FMEA / FTA methodsElementary knowledge of one (or more) of the following standards SAE ARP 4754A / SAE ARP4761 / IEC 61508 / ISO 26262 / EN 50129Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and conceptsSelf-motivation, ability to work with little supervision, can-do attitudeOur offerProfessional growth in reliability & system safety domain (ARP4761) within a team of professionals (mentoring by senior members)Unique and perspective career path (prospect for growth into System architect or Lead systems engineer)Possibility to become member of EUROCAE system safety Working Group (.
