Key Account Manager in Commercial Operations

Summary:As a Key Account Manager you will help, support and drive increase the Dexcom market share (sensor sales) enabling the Netherlands to hit national revenue in line with company expectations utilising the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture.This exciting opportunity will be based in Netherlands.About the Role:Work in collaboration with local territory managers to open up opportunities locally and regionally to drive increased use of Dexcom products.Facilitate training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries in innovative ways.Manage hospital contracts and ensure sound operation of supply chain channels, including tenders, DPO’s and CMM’s.Maximise strategic partnership through strategic projects with industry stakeholdersCustomer relationship management (e.g. KOLs in the 6 accounts, Diagned, purchasers of all Netherlands hospitals, health insurers, patient organisations and other relevant stakeholders)Maintain a thorough administration including made contracts, reports and quotations through a daily use of CRM system, also to be used to identify and log business development opportunities.Responsible for connecting the right people (within Dexcom and outside Dexcom) for projects and (daily) business.Strategic thinking, analysing and developing the market, opportunities and threats and taking actions accordingly.Responsible for account planning, strategic investment plans based on a positive ROI (including education, congresses etc)About You:5+ years of diabetes or equivalent account management experience with a proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success.Evidence of a detailed understanding procurement pathways.Sound experience of analysing data – collates, organises and interprets data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information to the business.Strong commercial selling skills to include sales competency or selling skills training.Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, and a detailed understanding of CRM systems.Preferred Experience and Qualifications:Experience of the Netherlands Diabetes market is preferred.Knowledge of diabetes is preferred.In-depth understanding of Netherlands reimbursement and procurement preferred.Life Sciences/Business Degree is preferred.Travel Required:50 to 75% - daily travel within TerritoryWe Offer:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. .A full and comprehensive benefits program.Growth opportunities on a global scale.Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
