Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, ice machines, and more.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide efficient, lasting solutions.

• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and in compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety standards.

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Maintain detailed records of service, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory using our work management system.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to operations.

• Stay current with industry safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial kitchen maintenance or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances and systems, with hands-on diagnostic and repair skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Certifications in appliance repair, HVAC, or related trades.

• Experience implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs.

• Understanding of kitchen layout design and equipment installation.
