Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Under the\ndirection of the Associate Director – Engineering, Water Technology or Water\nTechnology Engineer Associate Director; or the Associate\nDirector – Advanced Development – Materials or AD-Materials Engineer, the Water\nTechnology and Materials Engineering co-ops will identify, evaluate, develop,\n& create new materials and water technologies that revolutionize the\nKitchen & Bath industry.

Responsibilities

•  Support Advanced Development -\n Water Technology and Advanced\n Development – Materials projects.
• Determine the technical feasibility of technologies & product concepts.
• Create technical requirements, risk mitigation plans, test specifications, and product cost analyses.
• Perform competitive benchmarking\n and track industry trends.
• Keep abreast of new Materials and\n new fluid technologies and perform technical research.
• Create & test prototypes\n (mock-ups, 3D Printed parts, etc.) to quickly evaluate innovative\n technologies and concepts.

Skills/Requirements

\n \n

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university with a focus in engineering or physical science.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.
