YOUR ROLE Doing test/test method creation for adhesive ADP projects or internal test request according to customer CTQ, leading ADP projects from application engineer side.Testing lab capability creation according to project requirement.Can work under pressure, deal with challenge situation; and show strong accountability and ownership.Lab management including 5s, SHE, equipment maintaining, technician management.ResponsibilitiesClosely collaborate AE/PD/BD/Sales/IPM/plant for AMC thermal ADP projects launch.Lab work for required product test/ failure analysis according to customer requirement.Lab management including 5S, SHE, digitalization tool, equipment calibration, temp technician training and supervise.Support marketing, BDM, sales and application engineer for related market/customer visit/ plant audit and others.Support internal/external customer for new application testing capability creation.What the Role CanOffer YouOpportunities to know the state-of-art Thermal technology.Deep connection with top customers in NEV Auto and Electronics related industry.People oriented company culture.
