Client Service Representative

• Experience in a laboratory setting strongly ; preferably in Client Service or experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication skills
• Medical terminology
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
• Must be able to take direction from multiple sources
• Handling lower-level communication with the clients
• Documenting patient records
• Calling client for patient records
• Submitting pick up requests to logistics
• Faxing, emailing and scanning
• Answering phone calls
