Laboratory support Coordinator

Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a Product Support (Lab Support Coordinator), to join a diagnostics company, working in the regions of Hampshire & Dorset, on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Per Day: £200-£230 PAYE or £265 - £305 Umbrella (Inside IR35).

Product Support (Lab Support Coordinator) Role:

• Onsite handling of customer issues and enquiries liaising with other Business areas to provide support.
• Identification and troubleshooting of issues on site.
• Conducting installations, commissioning and go-live support.
• Conducting and design of internal and external training.

Your Background:

• Degree educated (relevant biomedical discipline).
• Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired).
• Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired).
• Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with hardware used in pathology particularly biochemistry/blood sciences.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous).
• Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving licence.
• Passport (required for overseas training).
