We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team. There are no night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must be ASCP-certified
  • Able to pioneer a newly established independent laboratory center
  • Able to perform routine laboratory work (CBC, CMP, UA, etc.)
• Must have a driver’s license
• Good Communication Skills
  • Able to communicate with patients, physicians, pharmacy, and other healthcare professionals at all times
  • Able to relay laboratory results and reports to the patients in an empathetic manner
• Technologically Literate
  • Able to troubleshoot laboratory types of equipment
  • Able to navigate computers, fax machines, and printers
  • With Basic knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
• Trustworthy
• Team Player
• Goal-Oriented
• Requires minimum to no supervision
• Dependable, Flexible, and Accountable
• Can Crosswork with other departments

Benefits:

• $1000 retention bonus after a year
• This is subject to achieving 95% of attendance and daily performance

• 25 laboratory patients per day
