Laboratory Technician

Our client are expanding their successful business and are now looking for someone to test the contents of there products. This is exciting opportunity for any one with Laboratory technician skills.



HND/HNC or a degree in chemistry or any similar field would be advantageous.



Working from a new laboratory at there Flint site you will be analysing the contents of there products coming from the shop floor.



Your main duties will be:



- Planning and executing laboratory tests according to test procedures.



- Chemical composition testing and analysis of samples, mixtures of substances



- Setup laboratory equipment, materials and supplies ready before conducting chemical experiments.



The ideal candidate will need:



* · Good timekeeping skills/good attendance record



* Experience of working in a laboratory environment



* · HND or HNC in Chemistry(would be advantageous)



* · A BSc (Hons) Degree in Chemistry(would be advantageous)



· Willing to learn on the role



· Be able to work on their own and manage their own workload



Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday



Job Types: Temp to perm, Permanent, Full-time



Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
