We are currently seeking a Civil or Environmental Engineer to design and permit site developments, direct support staff, and respond quickly to client needs.

This position is based in our Green Bay office (other office locations may be considered) and will be instrumental in the growth of our site development team.

Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Design site and grading plans, water main plans, sanitary sewer plans, storm sewer plans, and erosion control plans.
  • Prepare stormwater management plans.
  • Permit projects through the WDNR, ACOE, and local government agencies.
  • Attend planning commission and municipal meetings as necessary.
  • Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
  • Assist with maintaining existing client base and generating potential leads.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one within two years.
  • Initiative, a positive attitude, and high attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a business-focused approach.
  • Previous site design and/or stormwater management experience.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
