Landscape Architecture Professional Associate - (SOU0004DV) Your Impact: 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare plans, details, construction drawings and reports for project designs including illustrative exhibits. Plans layout of project and integrates architecture and planning elements (i.e., residential communities, buildings, urban designs) into a unified design for client review and approval. Assist in the development of designs through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats. Direct and coordinate the work of project team members. Mentor less experienced team members. Manage landscape architecture projects and client relationships. Coordinate with clients and other consultants. Coordinate with local governmental agencies. Develop conceptual designs, construction documents and conducts construction observation for projects of varied scope and scale. Develop project schedules and budgets. Prepare monthly project billing. Assist with/conducts business development. Assist with preparation of contracts. Support construction administration on projects by attending workshops, site visits and/or construction meetings and assisting in preparing sketches or drawing revisions. Perform due diligence and research on projects as required to provide the background information to start new projects. 
Telecommuting is allowed.

REQUIREMENTS:  Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Landscape Architecture or related field and 3 years of work experience in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design or related occupation.  

Special Skills or Other Requirements:
-    2 years of work experience with GIS programs including ArcPRO and CityEngine. 
-    2 years of work experience with AutoCAD and BIM (Revit).

Expertise/ knowledge of: 3D Modelling using SketchUp or Rhinoceros. Rendering using Lumion or Twin Motion. Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Professional quality hand graphics/drawing. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
