Earnings:

• Base Salary + Lucrative Bonus Structure with 80K - 150K+ Earning Potential
• Monthly Mileage Reimbursement + Phone Allowance

General Job Description:

• Thoroughly review all sold project files, purchase orders (PO's) & invoices to ensure 100% accuracy
• Schedule & coordinate all projects: Pre-Walks, Start Dates, Deliveries, Sealer, Maintenance, Repairs, etc.
• Effectively oversee & manage all installations (virtually & physically) from start to finish, ensuring all projects are installed correctly to code + IID's guidelines/policies the 1st time resulting in a happy client and a healthy project
• Communicate daily with all project foremen, project managers, and clients
• Assist design consultants with construction questions and/or issues in the field
• Proactive problem solver, preventing potential fires from ever having a chance to start
• Lead & train crews, by conducting classes/training sessions, striving for excellence
• Visit job sites as needed
• Recruit new talented crews
• Grow IID's business (i.e. referral, repeat, etc.)
• Networking (i.e. GC's, Developers, Landscape Architects, etc.)

Ideal Manager:

• Bilingual (Spanish + English)
• 3-5 years of Construction Management Experience (i.e. Construction Project Management)
• Prior experience in the Home Improvement Industry (specific experience in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Pavers, and/or the Synthetic Turf industry would be a BIG plus!)
• Proficient at all Google products (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Proficient at Slack
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (writing and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills
• An incredible team player and should work well under pressure
• Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Positive attitude; willing to go the extra mile
• Money motivated and determined to succeed
• Able to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas/concepts to grow the company
• Conducts him or herself with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all times
