News and information are available at www.atkinsrealis.com or follow us on LinkedIn.The Landscape Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of landscaping projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role oversees the coordination between clients, designers, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure efficient project execution. The manager must balance client satisfaction, resource allocation, and project profitability, while ensuring that all work complies with safety and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Oversee the delivery of landscaping projects from conception to completion.Coordinate with clients, design teams, and site managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Develop project plans, including resources, materials, and manpower requirements.Ensure all projects adhere to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.Client & Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.Provide regular updates to clients on progress, issues, and potential risks.Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Liaise with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Team Leadership & Coordination:Lead and supervise on-site teams, including landscapers, foremen, and subcontractors.Ensure proper allocation of resources, equipment, and materials to meet project demands.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly.Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and efficiency.Quality Control & Compliance:Implement and maintain high-quality standards across all projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.Conduct regular inspections to ensure project milestones are met to quality expectations.Handle any on-site issues or discrepancies quickly to prevent project delays.Budget & Resource Management:Manage project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.Track and report on project financials, including labor costs, material usage, and additional expenses.Approve invoices, work orders, and supplier contracts in accordance with company policies.Risk Management:Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Troubleshoot any operational challenges that arise and implement corrective measures.Ensure contingency plans are in place to address unforeseen circumstances.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).12+ years of experience in project management, preferably in landscaping, construction, or a related field.Proven experience in managing large-scale landscape projects in UAE is mandatoryStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices.Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project or similar tools.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.Preferred Skills:Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or similar credentials.Experience with AutoCAD, landscape design software, or 3D modeling tools.Experience with budget management and resource allocation.Personal Attributes:Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High attention to detail with a focus on quality.Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why choose AtkinsRéalisYour difference makes a difference.
