Landscape Foreman - Construction - Base Salary to 50k/year - Jacksonville, FL
- Our client is a commercial landscaping company that has been providing its services in Northeast Florida for over 30 years is seeking a Landscape Foreman to join their expanding team. The Landscape Foreman will bring extensive knowledge of the processes and labor involved in installing hardscape features, including fountains, stone walls, arbors, concrete, stamped concrete, retaining walls, and other hardscaping elements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead daily operations of landscaping and hardscaping projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Manage the installation of hardscape features and landscaping elements.
- Train and oversee team members while enforcing safety standards and proper equipment use.
- Serve as the on-site contact for clients, addressing questions and providing updates.
- Track project progress, materials, and documentation to maintain schedules and budgets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and construction.
- Ability to read and analyze plans, specifications, and related documents.
- Familiar with commercial landscape and irrigation construction.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 50k/year
- 401k, profit sharing, and health care
