About the Role:

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager/Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our clients' outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop maintenance plans that meet their expectations. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are beautiful, healthy, and well-maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance
• Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
• Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Degree in horticulture or related field
• Experience with irrigation systems
• Experience with landscape design
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for clients' outdoor spaces
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Daily work starts at 6:30 AM, normal work week is Monday through Friday, but occasional weekends are necessary.

As a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager/Supervisor, you will use your strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance to develop and implement maintenance plans for clients' outdoor spaces. You will also use your excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and ensure that their needs are met. Additionally, you will use your experience managing a team of maintenance technicians to oversee all maintenance activities and ensure that work is completed to the highest standards. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential to your success in this role.
