Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Clintar Landscape Management is currently recruiting for a number of dedicated and hardworking landscape crew leaders for the upcoming 2024 Spring/Summer season. Duties & Responsibilities: •Assign, monitor and assist with duties for the crew to ensure quality expectations•Loading and unloading trucks and trailers each day•Maintaining lawns and planting gardens•Trimming shrubs and trees•Operating small machinery (lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc)•Spring and fall clean-ups•Property Maintenance •Comply with all company policies and regulations •Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations•Communicate effectively with your team members and keep a positive attitude•Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner Requirements: •Ability to supervise 2-3 people while prioritizing and multi-tasking•Experience driving a truck and towing a trailer•Able to follow a schedule and complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion•Previous landscape maintenance experience•Exceptional customer service experience•Keep paperwork organized and complete accurately day•Attention to detail•Full G license with a clean drivers abstract
