Landscape Maintenance / Install Crew

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing landscape team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

• Landscape Maintenance:
  • Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
  • Weeding and mulching flower beds
  • Pruning shrubs and trees
  • Maintaining irrigation systems
  • Leaf and debris removal
• Landscape Installation (as needed):
  • Assisting with planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
  • Laying sod
  • Building retaining walls and other landscape features
• Other:
  • Operating and maintaining landscape equipment
  • Ensuring job sites are clean and safe
  • Providing excellent customer service

• Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to operate landscape equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
