Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 | Full-Time

Your Role:
As the Landscape Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring that our landscape and snow removal teams run efficiently and deliver exceptional service. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to strategize both long- and short-term goals, improve processes, and guide your team to achieve success. You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact through employee training, leadership, and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of landscape professionals. Hire, coach, and evaluate crew members to ensure high standards of performance.
  • Efficiency & Planning: Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and route management to maximize crew productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards, while enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Customer Success: Foster strong relationships with clients by ensuring job satisfaction, addressing concerns, and making site visits to ensure quality delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to enhance both landscape and snow removal services, including resource allocation, logistical planning, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape management with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and a knack for effective problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using technology (computers and smart devices) for scheduling, reporting, and team coordination.
  • Familiarity with landscape equipment and maintenance practices, including planting and landscape enhancements.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Motivated, professional, and a natural team builder.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • A 2-year or 4-year degree in Turf Management, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Experience in landscape enhancement/detail work.
  • A State of Wyoming Pesticide Applicator License or an Arborist License.
