Landscaping Team Leader

The Landscaping Team Leader oversees and manages landscaping and grounds maintenance activities to ensure the outdoor spaces are wellmaintained visually appealing and safe. This role involves leading a team of landscapers planning and delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met in all landscaping operations. Key Responsibilities:   Oversee landscaping technicians and manage daily operations. Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and projects. Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment. Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards. Provide onthejob training and support to enhance team skills and efficiency. Qualifications : Diploma or Degree Certification in horticulture landscaping or a related field is a plus. Minimum 35 years of experience in landscaping including supervisory roles. Additional Information : Expertise in plant care pest management and landscaping equipment. Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with team members clients and supervisors.
