Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy: Develop and execute AI strategies that align with company goals and drive innovation in space technology.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural processing.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and products, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements, gather data, and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Research and Innovation: Stay current with AI research and industry trends, incorporating new techniques and technologies into projects to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models, addressing any issues related to accuracy, scalability, or efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes, and provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI or machine learning roles, with a strong track record of leading AI projects and teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Model Development: Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with strong project management skills.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive AI innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
- Advanced Skills: Expertise in advanced AI techniques, including reinforcement learning, generative models, and large-scale data processing.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI or machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).
- Industry Experience: Experience in aerospace or technology sectors, particularly with applications related to space exploration or satellite systems.
