What you´ll doProvide technical service to ensure total customer satisfaction through product trials, demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer audits, and conducting seminars for customers.Provide technical solutions based on Value proposition; Prepare lab evaluation and testing report to customer.Build up closed relationships with the decision maker in technical departments at key account.Lead new Adhesive Development Process (ADP) project, coordinate new projects in different departments (Product Development, customer, and sales) and push the project forward.Make proposal regarding optimum process design & product.In-house lab equipment and 5S management.
