UNDERSTANDING, SERVICE, TRUST \n 3 Words that Guarantee Results in Recruitment \n\n Lead AV Installation Engineer \n\nReading Package circa 45,000++\n\n An AV Technology company for the future who are rapily expanding and driving forward the most up to date Technology in Digital Signage Audio Visual and IT \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarrying out first and second fix installation activities on time and to the required standard\nHave excellent soldering, crimp and terminating skills\nWorking under instruction from Senior Engineers and Project Managers, but also to think laterally and suggest engineering solutions on site\nWorking from schematics, terminating sheets, site plans and drawings, including ensuring that any changes are reflected on the schematics\nManage, motivate and be responsible for an onsite project team\nTo be responsible for the quality and productivity of the project team ensuring that the required level of professionalism is maintained\nTo ensure that systems are made ready for handover from installation to commissioning, including documentation.\nInstallation of Video Conferencing systems\nInstallation of Audio Visual systems \n\nKey Skills, Experience and Knowledge\n\nCTS Qualified would be an advantage\nStrong ability to work alone and on own initiative\nAbility to carry out installation activities on time and to the required standard\nBe organized, flexible and able to overcome challenges during the working day\nVery good communication skills\nTo have a good understanding of 1st and 2nd fix AV installations\nHave excellent soldering, crimp and terminating skills\nTo be able to work from schematics, terminating sheets, site plans and projector drawings\nHave strong mechanical skills\nExperience and understanding of control systems, AMX/Crestron would be an advantage.\nExperience and understanding of Video Conferencing systems would be an advantage.\nThe ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience of production and wiring methods and carried out previous installation work in the AV industry\nA full, clean UK driving license is essential \n\n An excellent benefits package\nExcellent basic salary and premium overtime to boost your salary \n28 days holiday and all bank holidays per annum \nand lots more
