Lead Electrician

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Electrician that is capable of running small to medium size projects with one to two electricians under their supervision. Projects may include commercial service-related work, commercial tenant fit outs including medical facilities, multifamily renovation, and multifamily ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and submittals
• Installation and repair of all types of electrical equipment, fixtures, and devices
• Manage and complete electrical projects/jobs on schedule and within budget
• Supervise and lead team
• Interface with end users and clients
• Adhere to high level of quality and safety standards

​​Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Electrical Trade experience
• Working knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems
• Strong Commercial Electrical Background
• Full comprehension of construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Effective Time Management
• Ability to lead teams
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
