As the Lead Electrician/Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring that all work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of electricians on various projects
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance as needed
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Train and mentor junior electricians to develop their skills
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform quality control inspections and resolve any issues promptly
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lead electrician or foreman
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
- Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
