Lead Engineer - International Projects and Operations Procurement

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage the overall procurement activities in the company's region, including but not limited to engineering, equipment, and consulting services procurement, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement strategy and execution.

2.Conduct comprehensive research on the regional market, understand and forecast market trends, and provide a basis for decision-making on procurement strategies.

3.Establish and maintain good supplier relationship, conduct regular supplier evaluation to ensure supplier's product quality and service level.

4.Be responsible for the negotiation, review and management of procurement contracts to ensure contract compliance and protection of the company's interests.

5.Formulate and implement procurement cost control plans to improve procurement efficiency.

Responsible for the construction and improvement of procurement process and system to ensure the standardisation and compliance of procurement activities.


Position Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.

2.8+ years of procurement experience, preferably with experience in conducting procurement regionally.

3.Familiar with the procurement process, with rich experience in supplier negotiation and management.

4.Strong cost consciousness and excellent analytical skills.

5.Good communication and co-ordination skills, able to deal with problems and conflicts in procurement effectively.

6.Responsible, self-driven and able to complete tasks on time.

7.Good command of English and/or regional .

8.Willing to travel to regional countries.
